Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates (JMG) is a youth-focused career and education program coordinated by Northwest Michigan Works! that equips young people with the skills, confidence, and support they need to overcome barriers, complete their education, and succeed in meaningful careers and life.

JMG is part of a statewide network led by Youth Solutions, Inc., the Michigan affiliate of Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) — one of the nation’s largest and most effective school-to-work systems helping youth thrive academically and professionally.

Northwest Michigan Works! coordinates JMG programs in nearly 20 schools throughout northwest Lower Michigan, connecting students with hands-on career guidance and personalized support.

Students from participating schools have gone on to participate in national leadership events like the Jobs for America’s Graduates National Student Leadership Academy, building confidence and national-level skills.
