OS Reentry New
OS Reentry (Offender Success Reentry Services) is focused on helping individuals recently released from prison successfully transition back into their communities with the support they need to build stable, productive lives. Through regional collaboration and personalized service planning, the goal is to reduce recidivism while helping returning citizens gain employment, independence, and self-sufficiency.
Our Mission & Vision
We believe that everyone leaving incarceration deserves the tools and opportunities to rebuild their life and contribute as productive members of the community. To achieve this, OS Reentry works with state and local partners to deliver coordinated support — from basic needs to job readiness — tailored to each person’s goals and strengths.
